Secret Salsa!Secret Salsa is back this weekend and it's going to be bigger and better than before!
We've moved from our old venue to the Edgemoor Hotel (for your satnav: TQ13 9LE) just outside Bovey Tracey. The venue has plenty of free parking, we'll have our own bar (plus a very comfortable chillout lounge!). The dancefloor is beautiful, it's got a really good dance surface, the space is well-ventilated with access onto a patio.
The dancing starts at 8pm on Saturday and continues through to midnight - and all this for just £6!
I'm working on a completely new music selection (and getting very into El Gran Comboin the process!) but I'll also be playing a lot of old favourites - Secret Salsa is always about the dancers, not the DJ! So let me know if you have any special requests! You can text me on 07801 889463.
If you're new to salsa you'll find the first hour or so will ease you into the groove - I'll be playing some gentler tracks to get things rolling before the evening finds it pace with some of the best salsa on the planet!
As always, teachers get in free - so no reason to sit at home guys!

New class arrangements in Bovey Tracey
From Wednesday 26th May our classes at the Edgemoor in Bovey will be restricted to two drop-in classes - 8-9pm Technique drop-in, 9-10 Improver drop-in - £5 for one class, £7 for two. We're going to run up to the Summer, if people want us to continue through the Summer months we'll be happy to keep going, but it'll depend on demand. If we do take a Summer break we'll be back again in the Autumn.
Our programme in Bodmin will continue as normal (numbers there are a little better so there's less risk of a drop-off through the Summer but we'll keep an eye on attendance and viability!
